1. Introduction Welcome to Touch UI! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Touch UI mobile application (the “App”) and services provided by Touch UI Tech Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
2. User Registration To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as necessary.
3. Use of Services You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including:
   • Misleading or fraudulent behavior.
   • Infringing on intellectual property.
   • Violating any laws or regulations.
4. Product Sales Products offered for sale via the App are subject to availability. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase items under these Terms and Conditions.
5. Payment & Billing You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your purchase of products through the App. Payments will be processed through the available payment methods listed in the App.
6. User Content You may upload or post content on the App, but you retain ownership of that content. By uploading content, you grant Touch UI Tech Solutions Private Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content.
7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or the purchase of products.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
